Christian Le Squer voted “Chef of the Year”

Christian Le Squer was voted “Chef of the Year” 2016 by gastronomy professionals, gathered on Monday by Le Chef magazine.

Le Breton and Chef of the restaurant Le Cinq, 53, won a 19/20 last year at Gault et Millau and three stars at the Michelin Guide on 1 February.

Among his signature dishes are the white turbot with truffle ratte apple emulsion and whipped cream of oysters.
