Eric Briffard, Executive Chef at the Four Seasons Hotel George V and Eric Beaumard, Director of Le Cinq Restaurant offer a weekly menu with a choice of 2 starters, 2 main dishes and 2 desserts available everyday at lunchtime.
Aiming to introduce diners to top seasonal produce and with the emphasis on quality, flavour and freshness, the Chef gives an opportunity to share his passion through his exquisite creations. Baby langoustine broth with peppermint, blanched white asparagus from Landes, slow-cooked farmhouse veal shank à la milanaise with cardoons… not forgetting a sweet treat such as garden-fresh raspberry crunch or butternut cheesecake with ginger, and orange and carrot sorbet.
It truly is a sophisticated and generous menu put together by Eric Briffard to delight the taste buds.
The “Fresh from the market” menu is offered from Monday to Friday, from 12.30pm to 2pm.
